Responsibilities:

- Woof up conversations with customers through outbound calls and inquiries.

- Fetch attention and sell our bark-tastic pet products and services.

- Build paw-sitive relationships with customers.

- Bark out to customers about our offerings.

- Sniff out leads and schedule fetch-tastic appointments.

- Manage customer expectations regarding delivery and billing—no doggone surprises!

- Stay updated on pawduct changes and pricing updates.

- Develop fetch-tastic customer contact strategies that'll have tails wagging!

- Target and sell on social media platforms to fetch even more customers.

Skills & Experience:

- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in fetching sales through outbound calls.
